The Right Way to Get Over a Hangover!


If you think that you might have had just a little bit more than you should have had, don't let the alcohol get you a hangover the next day. Here are some simple things that you can do to get over your hangover:
  1. Drink heaps of water before going to bed
  2. Take a shower before you sleep if possible
  3. Drink a bit of alcohol (just a little bit) when you wake up in the morning *
  4. Coffee
  5. Chinese green tea

I haven't tried the third step, but I have heard it works from quite a number of people. The rest of the steps have worked for me, quite effectively.
